10 things you didn't know about Oritsefemi as he turns 31

Nigerian singer, Oritsefemi Majemite Ekele popularly known by his first name Oritse Femi turned 31, January 5.

Apart from his unique style of infusing gospel and reggae music together, here are 6 other things you need to know about him.

1. Oritse's first song ever recorded was titled "Boys dey Binu" (meaning Boys are not Happy).
2. Oritsefemi, the third child of his mother, was born and raised in a polygamous family of 25 in Ajegunle.
3. He applied to study law at Delta State University in Abraka, but dropped out to concentrate on his music career.

4. He is the CEO of Money Stop Nonsense (MSN) Gang. The artist launched his record label in 2014.
5. He won the Best Street-Hop Artiste prize at the 2014 Headies Awards. He also won the Most Popular Song of the Year prize at the 2014 City People Entertainment Awards
6. His albums are Boys Dey Binu, Money Na Time, Elewon, Wicked World, Unfadeables, Musical Taliban, Double Wahala.
